Support from US journalists for Julian Assange, the founder of WikiLeaks, was raining down as they benefited from his classified information releases but now it appears he is on his own. Executive Director of The Committee to Protect Journalists Joel Simon says the first amendment guarantees freedom of the press and there has never been a prosecution for disseminating information under the espionage act.
