tomdispatch: I have to admit that, given the generally terrible news on tar sands pipelines out of Canada (see yesterday’s post at TD Facebook) and the sorry likelihood that President Obama will okay the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline from Alberta to the Gulf Coast, this cartoon by Jim Morin of the Miami Herald amused me greatly, if grimly. As we know from the ExxonMobile CEO who signed onto an anti-fracking petition when it turned out his property in Texas was going to be impinged upon by a fracking operation, this may be the only way to stop the Keystone pipeline.
