Well hi there,

I know it’s been a long time! I haven’t fallen off the earth, I just had a long dry spell. I went out shooting numerous times in the last few months and just couldn’t seem to connect with the good light. I just got back from a quick trip to Glacier National Park. Went on some killer hikes and had a blast. I even saw a wolf for the first time! That was cool. But there was a lot of smoke from distant forest fires and once again I got skunked. 😦

So…on the way home I stopped at Smith Rock State Park in Oregon and finally had some nice light. For me it doesn’t compare to the beauty of Glacier Park, but the light was nice and it was just fun to finally shoot a keeper.

Hope everyone is doing well and having a great summer.
