I shot this about 15 minutes after I shot the first image I posted yesterday. I was pretty tired and time was ticking for me to get home for work and sleep. But, how could I continue driving home when such a beautiful lightning display was underway underneath clear skies above? I pulled over about 10 miles down the road from my previous shot and continued shooting. I was just about to pack up when a big, positive, CG lightning bolt burst out of the clouds! I had originally forgotten I had this image until I went back and looked. Sure glad I did! Man, I love nature.
