I originally intended to take a few shots of Findlater Castle but found no inspiration. I was trudging back to the car, dodging showers of rain when this doocot caught my eye.
I dont know if it belongs to the castle or the nearby farm but the Doocot (dovecote) would have been used to house pigeons or doves as a readily available food source.
