Don’t Stop Believin’ by l_dawg2000

Despite the "Believe" billboard changing right beyond the Everything .98¢ sign since April (flic.kr/p/snUG8d), the owners of this site still believe they can sell this eyesore evidently, as evidenced by the For Sale sign sitting out front now, further down in this view. Despite the "Believe" billboard changing right beyond the Everything .98¢ sign since April (flic.kr/p/snUG8d), the owners of this site still believe they can sell this eyesore evidently, as evidenced by the For Sale sign sitting out front now, further down in this view. So the "journey" here hasn’t ended yet — get it, because it’s a song title by the band Journey? — nevermind!! Anyway, I have to wonder how much they’re spending on the demolition of a massive building that was only worth $15,000!? Since it was an equipment company that occupied this location last, perhaps they’re doing the demolition themselves, which would account for the slow pace of the work here. Hey, as long as they’re making progress, I would imagine everyone’s happy! More photos planned for the near future…
