Moraine Lake, Banff National Park, Canada – The sight of this surreal, magical and captivating beauty that might as well have been a scene from a sci-fi movie staged on another planet, boasted of Lake Moraine with teal blue water, ten immensely grand peaks rising ten thousand feet above sea level and sparingly covered with snow from last winter. This place is pristine, abundant in natural resources, with plenty of wildlife and the stunning views were so powerful that I was simply spellbound and entranced for the majority of the trip.
