Photo by @chien_chi_chang Fortune telling in Myanmar (Burma) has always been taken seriously in the society. I visited a fortune teller last time when I was in Yangon (Rangoon) and he, after comparing my birthdate with his 100-year-old torn handbook and sized me up, he concluded that I would be married once (wrong), have five children(not that I know of) and have a successful career(with Magnum Photos?) I paid him five dollars and pulled out my umbrella because he said he’s going to rain soon. #FortuneTeller #PalmReading #astrology #magnumphotos #cccontheroad BTW, it never rained that day. by natgeo http://ift.tt/1KBf8uA
