This asteroid has a moon. The robot spacecraft Galileo on route to Jupiter in 1993 encountered and photographed two asteroids during its long interplanetary voyage. The second minor planet it photographed, 243 Ida, was unexpectedly discovered to have a moon. The tiny moon, Dactyl, is only about 1.6 kilometers across and seen as a small dot on the right of the sharpened featured image. In contrast, the potato-shaped Ida is much larger, measuring about 60 kilometers long and 25 km wide. Dactyl is the first moon of an asteroid ever discovered — now many asteroids are known to have moons. The names Ida and Dactyl are from Greek mythology. via NASA https://ift.tt/EnhauPJ+

In Your EyesLove I get so lost sometimesDays pass and this emptiness fills my heartWhen I want to run away I drive off in my carBut whichever way I goI come back to the place you areAll my instincts, they returnThe grand facade, so soon will burnWithout a noise, without my prideI reach out from the insideIn your eyesThe light, the heat (in your eyes)I am complete (in your eyes)I see the doorway (in your eyes)To a thousand churches (in your eyes)The resolution (in your eyes)Of all the fruitless searches (in your eyes)Oh, I see the light and the heat (in your eyes)Oh, I wanna be that completeI wanna touch the light, the heat I see in your eyesLove, I don’t like to see so much painSo much wasted and this moment keeps slipping awayI get so tired working so hard for our survivalI look to the time with you to keep me awake and aliveAnd all my instincts they returnAnd the grand facade, so soon will burnWithout a noise, without my prideI reach out from the insideIn your eyes (your eyes, your eyes)In your eyesIn your eyesThe light, the heat (in your eyes)I am complete (in your eyes)I see the doorwayTo a thousand churches (in your eyes)The resolution (in your eyes)Of all the fruitless searchesOh, I see the light and the heat (in your eyes)Oh, I wanna be that complete (in your eyes)I wanna touch the light, the heat I see in your eyesIn your eyesIn your eyesIn your eyesIn your eyes (in your eyes)(In your eyes)In your eyes (in your eyes)In your eyes (in your eyes)

LAY YOUR HANDS ON MESat in the corner of the Garden Grill, with plastic flowers on the window silNo more miracles, loaves and fishes, been so busy with the washing of the dishesReaction level’s much too high – I can do without the stimuliI’m living way beyond my ways and means, living in the zone of the inbetweensI can see the flashes on the frozen ocean, static charge of the cold emotionWatched on by the distant eyes – watched on by the silent hidden spiesBut still the warmth flows through meAnd I sense you know me wellNo luck, no golden chancesNo mitigating circumstances nowIt’s only common senseThere are no accidents around hereI am willing – lay your hands on meI am ready – lay your hands on meI believe – lay your hands on me, over meWorking in gardens, thornless roses, fat men play with their garden hosesPoolside laughter has a cynical bite, sausage speared by the cocktail satelliteI walk away from from light and sound, down stairways leading undergroundBut still the warmth flows through meAnd I sense you know me wellIt’s only common senseThere are no accidents around hereI am willing – lay your hands on meI am ready – lay your hands on meI believe – lay your hands on me, over me over meLay your hands on meLay your hands on meLay your hands on me, over me
