• Alone in the Universe – ‘Alone in the Universe’ This was taken at the Dutch Veluwe. Perseiden storms were predicted that night and the skies were very clear. It was a perfect night to do some Milky Way shooting. When I was taking some photos of my friend standing in front of the Milky Way, I noticed something in the sky. It looked like a star moving, but it was much slower. It turned out to be the white stripe you see in the image here. After research, it turns out that this is the ISS (International Space Station). I was extremely excited: a selfie with the Milky Way AND the ISS! How awesome is that? EXIF: Sony A7II, Samyang 14mm f2.8 @ 2.8, ISO 3200, 20 seconds.
