Little Richard reveals the truth behind Tutti Frutti: Elvis Presley and Pat Boone sold more copies than he did, even though he wrote and performed the original. But instead of being bitter, Richard saw it as opening the doors for him and the artists who followed.
He reminds us why he calls himself the King of Rock and Roll: The Beatles, Mick Jagger, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Preston, James Brown, and Joe Tex all came through his orbit. From a poor kid in Georgia to the foundation of rock itself, Little Richard was the spark that lit the fire.

https://www.youtube.com/watch/hzsZytX0MIU Ukraine has won Trump’s favor. Can it keep it? | GZERO World
Ukraine has spent years trying to convince the West that it could survive—and eventually—prevail against Russia. This summer, that argument may finally be gaining traction.
Just four months after their tense Oval Office meeting on February 28, 2025, Donald Trump welcomed Volodymyr Zelensky at the NATO summit in Ankara with a noticeably warmer tone. For Ukraine, that’s an encouraging shift—but hardly a guarantee of lasting American support.
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba knows that better than most. He spent four and a half years leading Ukraine’s diplomacy, including the first years of Russia’s full-scale invasion, working to keep Washington and America’s allies united behind Kyiv.
On GZERO World, Kuleba joins Ian Bremmer from Kyiv to discuss why Ukraine is in a stronger military and diplomatic position than it has been in years, whether that momentum can finally be translated into a lasting advantage, and why the real challenge isn’t winning President Trump’s support—it’s keeping it. They also examine what a stronger Ukraine means for Vladimir Putin, whether mounting pressure could bring the war closer to an end, or simply make the Kremlin more dangerous.

https://www.youtube.com/watch/v9llyU7WhHc The complicated legacy of Lindsey Graham | Ian Bremmer’s Quick Take
In his latest Quick Take, Ian Bremmer reacts to the sudden death of Sen. Lindsey Graham and reflects on a complicated political legacy.
Ian says Graham was once one of the most respected American legislators abroad, a close ally of John McCain, and a senator foreign leaders sought out for his knowledge, insight, and access. He was bright, charming, funny, and deeply engaged on international affairs.
But that respect deteriorated over the past decade, especially as Graham moved in and out of alignment with President Trump. “Lindsey Graham knew exactly who Trump was,” Ian says, and still chose to stay close enough to influence him.
Graham’s record was more complicated than simple praise or condemnation. He backed Ukraine when Trump was unwilling to do so, pushed to preserve some US foreign aid, and made a real difference on issues Ian believes mattered. At the same time, his hawkishness and loyalty to Trump caused damage to US alliances and America’s reputation abroad.
Ian’s takeaway: Graham believed in his country, believed he was a patriot, and believed access to power was the way to matter. Whether that access was worth the cost is the question his legacy leaves behind.

2. Graham’s move from protégé of Sen. John McCain and establishment Republican to a water carrier for Donald Trump — even though Trump had belittled, insulted, and humiliated him in the 2016 Republican contest for the Presidency
3. How Graham occasionally tried to draw lines with Trump but in the end promoted the reality TV star as the “future” of the Republican Party.
4. Alongside the disappearance of former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, the boost for the Trumpists who — having taken control of the GOP in the House — are seeking dominance in the Senate
